Outbound Appointment Setter

We are seeking a driven and results-focused individual to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries.

  1. This appointment setter will be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Making outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, Dental & Orthodontic Practices, Hearing Health & Audiology, Physical Therapy & Rehab Clinics, Other Healthcare-Adjacent Businesses
  • Sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest
  • Qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our CRM
  • Maintaining accurate call records, tracking metrics, and meeting weekly appointment goals
  • FOLLOWING SCRIPTS WHILE ALSO ADAPTING TO LIVE CONVERSATIONS TO HANDLE OBJECTIONS AND BUILD TRUST
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • A stable internet connection and professional work environment
