Implementation Specialist Job Overview

A highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist is needed to oversee the successful launch of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration including account settings, domain and email setup, and IDX paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Client Success to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
