
Global Partnership Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting strategic relationships.
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of recruitment agencies, sourcing and signing new agents in strategic international markets, conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications, traveling to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships, monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates, tracking activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools, participating in weekly sales meetings, contributing ideas, and hitting KPIs, providing occasional student counseling when required, and attending team meetings online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
- SOURCE AND SIGN NEW AGENTS IN STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
- Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
- Provide occasional student counseling when required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
- Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
- Experience working in multicultural, global environments
- Additional language skills
