Retail Order Management Specialist

Ketone-IQ seeks an exceptional Retail Operations Specialist to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in the execution and management of order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from receipt through delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Provide customer support for pre-order activities, including setup, SOP creation, and order readiness.
- Develop sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard with new customers.
- Maintain data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, fulfillment, management, and invoicing.
- Lead month-end reconciliation and provide fully vetted reporting to Accounting.
- Ability to work full-time US-based hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role.
- Elite organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extremely process-oriented with issue identification, definition, and implementation.
- Order Processing experience: EDI, B2B, and manual orders, ERP system expertise.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- 2+ years of experience in US food & beverage order operations with distributors like UNFI & Kehe and retailers like Target.
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment under minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused with an unrelenting desire to provide world-class service while keeping the company's best interest in mind.
- Killer instinct mentality: willing to solve problems and get things done even outside of your comfort zone.
