The Role of an Order Management Specialist is to oversee the entire process from order receipt to delivery. Key responsibilities include efficiently processing and managing orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage a high volume of sales orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively.
  • Process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
