Job Title: Business Operations ManagerOverview

This is a part-time position with high potential for scalability to full-time. The role will oversee, optimize and manage business systems and tech stack primarily using Go High Level.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire business operation including lead nurturing, client management, team coordination, and internal process improvement. Your goal is to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Nurturing and Client Management: Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads, onboard clients, and manage their relationships throughout the customer journey.
  • Team Coordination and Process Improvement: Use tools like ClickUp and Slack to ensure all team members are aligned and accountable for their deliverables. Monitor timelines, assign tasks, and flag any issues or blockers that could affect service delivery or project deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to improve and streamline processes, and support initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Skills: Proven experience in business operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
