Operations Associate Role

This position is responsible for providing critical financial and operational coordination to the Global Payroll team. Key responsibilities include budget monitoring, vendor purchase order management, stakeholder support, financial research, and team/presentation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor and analyze budget variances to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Vendor Management: Create and maintain purchase orders, code and submit vendor invoices, and track invoice status.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide first-point-of-contact support for payroll vendors, resolve payment-related issues, and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Financial Research: Investigate department charges, analyze data, and propose solutions to drive business growth.
  • Team/Presentation Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings, assist with report creation and formatting, and provide executive-level presentation support.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounts payable/receivable, or business operations
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup, charts)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to different audiences, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Must be fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or other spend management tools
