We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to assist our Digital Marketing team with day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will coordinate requirements between internal stakeholders and teams, manage administrative tasks, and provide support for the Digital Marketing Head. This includes coordinating with Procurement, Finance, and HR Training departments to process staff hiring, accreditation, payments, and production requests.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to digital marketing, including payment processing, production requirements, and agency accreditation
  • Provide additional support for the Digital Marketing Head's requirements
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in administration or project management
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Action-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas
