Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Manage the execution of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google DV360, Illumin, Hivestack, Stackadapt, Spotify, etc.

  • Media Planning and Strategy: Build custom proposals for omnichannel digital ad campaigns

  • Campaign Booking: Efficiently book and launch campaigns once the insertion orders are approved, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals.

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns to maximize performance and achieve target KPIs.

  • ROI Analysis and Reporting: Work closely with sales teams to demonstrate the ROI of campaigns to advertisers, facilitating renewals and long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Support: Provide technical and strategic support to radio salespeople in selling digital ad campaigns, enhancing their understanding and ability to pitch effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital advertising and ad operations, preferably in a media or advertising agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google DV360, and various DSPs.

  • Familiarity with ad campaign booking, optimization, and reporting.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with sales teams and clients.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Passion for the digital advertising industry and staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices.

  • Experience in the radio or broadcasting industry is a plus.
