Digital Marketing Executive Assistant (Remote - Philippines) Full-Time | $1,000–$1,200 USD per month

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive Assistant to support our marketing operations and help drive our online presence. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for a virtual assistant with a strong background in digital marketing and project management tools. You will be working closely with our team to streamline our online marketing initiatives and assist with day-to-day administrative and technical tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Create and manage posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Set up and optimize social media accounts
Monitor engagement and performance metrics

Email Communication & Support
Manage support inbox
Communicate with clients and partners professionally
Coordinate follow-ups and responses

Content & Website Tasks
Post blog articles and small content updates on the website
Perform basic website edits (e.g., updating contact details, adding forms)
Set up and maintain web traffic tracking (Google Analytics, UTM codes, etc.)

Project & Marketing Management
Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, or Confluence)
Track marketing campaigns and deadlines
Set up tracking and traffic codes (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant with a strong focus on digital marketing
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
Hands-on experience with email management, CRM tools, and client communication
Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira, or Confluence
Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics, and tracking code setup
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently


Location Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines)

Compensation

$1,000–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience
