We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Servicore Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales support, preferably gained from a supply chain provider (Trading-Warehousing-Logistics).

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for logging sales orders to their final delivery to customers using computerized systems such as ERP. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.">
  • Utilize ERP/Computerized Systems to manage sales orders from start to finish.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales order progress.">
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.">

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Support Coordinator, preferably in a supply chain environment.">
  • Familiarity with ERP/Computerized Systems and ability to learn new software quickly.">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.">
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.">
