About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Solutions Professional to join our Customer Experience team. This isn't your typical support role: you'll be solving complex engineering problems that directly impact our customers' success.

You'll work at the intersection of customer experience and deep technical problem-solving, becoming the bridge between our customers and our engineering team.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will:

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Debugging complex API failures, LLM hallucinations, and integration bugs using production tools
  • Analyzing system traces in Honeycomb and other observability platforms
  • Writing and deploying JavaScript code snippets for customer website integrations
  • Performing root cause analysis on system-level issues and data inconsistencies
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing prompt engineering configurations
  • Diagnosing LLM response issues and implementing solutions
  • Working with AI model behaviors and performance optimization
  • Debugging autonomous agent workflows and decision-making processes
  • Fixing customer integration issues through code modifications
  • Deploying and maintaining JavaScript implementations for Live Chat and Shopping Agent features
  • Working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Creating technical documentation and implementation guides
  • Conducting technical deep-dives with customer engineering teams
  • Leading complex technical implementations and migrations
  • Providing architectural guidance for customer integrations
  • Escalating and collaborating with Product Engineering only when necessary
  • Owning technical investigations from initial report to final resolution
  • Creating detailed technical documentation and runbooks
  • Building debugging workflows and troubleshooting guides
  • Contributing to internal tools and automation
