Cloud Solutions Specialist

To deliver exceptional client experiences, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Specialist to design, build, and deploy tailored solutions for our clients using cloud technologies and Salesforce.

About the Role
  • We require a specialist with expertise in Solution Design & Implementation, Data and reporting, User Training & Support, Platform Management & Optimization, Troubleshooting, Manage the Release Process, and Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design, build, deliver and test custom solutions for business needs using cloud platforms and Salesforce.
  • Data and Reporting: Support continued development of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  • User Training & Support: Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
  • Platform Management & Optimization: Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimising business processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for connected cloud platforms.
  • Manage the Release Process: Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience. Provide technical specifications and maintain overall documentation for the business.
Requirements:
  • Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of cloud architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customization, code-based tools.
  • Problem Solver: Comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.
  • Collaboration Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Platform Health & Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
