Senior Contract Manager

The role involves managing all aspects of contracts from start to finish. This includes ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, providing a positive customer experience, and achieving agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage contract lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and meet SLA deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maximise contract value and billing.
- Manage data accuracy and ensure customers are billed correctly.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure contract creation and administration.
- Create and activate new customer contracts as required.
- Terminate contracts promptly and accurately.
- Respond to customer issues and enquiries within agreed timeframes.
- Solid understanding of contracts and their implications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
