- Demonstrate exceptional English language skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Harness experience recruiting top talent for U.S.-based clients, particularly in sourcing international talent pools.
- Embody resourcefulness and creativity in identifying candidates beyond traditional job boards.
- Foster fair and consistent hiring decisions through structured evaluations.
- Showcase technical aptitude and organizational prowess, utilizing ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
