Work as a key player in driving strategic talent initiatives to support business goals and objectives. As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing solutions that enhance bottom-line results and improve employee-related gross margins.

You will work closely with leaders and teams to deliver outstanding talent initiatives, develop trusted advisor relationships, and leverage COE teams to drive human capital activities. Your expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, will be crucial in making informed decisions and influencing leaders and teams.

In this role, you will also provide day-to-day performance management guidance, manage and resolve employee relation issues, and support various HC activities. If you have experience in SHRM or continuous education, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and influence people leaders, we want to hear from you
