As a Senior Software Engineering Leader, you will oversee the development of software solutions and lead a team of engineers to drive technical excellence. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of senior software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, scrum masters, and other engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide technical vision and strategic direction for all aspects of software development processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all software engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Continually update technical knowledge and skills, sharing best practices with the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in various programming languages, including Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting to solve complex problems.
  • Solid experience as a full-stack developer, capable of working proficiently at both backend and frontend levels.
  • Familiar with modern software architectures, deployment methodologies, and tools, such as CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
