Senior Engineering Leadership Role

The Software Development Director oversees all software engineering capabilities required to maintain and evolve the product suite. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Infrastructure leaders, and contributing to the overall strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP and financial software systems.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and streaming/event-driven techniques.
