Our team is seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NetSuite development initiatives. This senior leadership role requires the ability to oversee multiple engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and make strategic decisions that impact the direction of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions
  • Drive technical oversight and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies
  • Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives for ERP platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant)
  • Experience with SuiteScript development, SuiteBundler/SuiteApp creation, and SuiteFlow customization
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs for enterprise systems
  • Understanding of financial and operational business processes
