Lead Knowledge Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Leader to oversee our IT knowledge management function.

This role requires a strong strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Systems Administration, IT Support, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical acumen, linguistic proficiency, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable knowledge for diverse audiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage the overall vision, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT knowledge management ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure accurate, timely, relevant, and consistent knowledge articles.
  • Act as the process owner for knowledge management, ensuring adherence to standards for quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, recognizing the value of collective experience in driving efficiency, reducing support costs, and enhancing service delivery.
  • Oversee the entire knowledge article lifecycle from creation to storage, distribution, and utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, drive adoption, and ensure knowledge assets meet organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Knowledge Management leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar frontline IT operational role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and administering Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology within an ITSM framework.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, and content quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and change management expertise.
  • Familiarity with leading Knowledge Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow Knowledge Management).
