Senior Learning Strategist

This role is responsible for driving the overall strategy and direction of learning and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and implementing innovative training programs that drive business results.


About the Job

The Senior Learning Strategist will provide primary managerial direction and perform personnel administrative functions of direct reports, including training, supervising, work assignments, timesheets, performance evaluations, etc. They will also lead expansion of training and development function, develop comprehensive and cohesive curriculums for capability building of employees, and direct, develop, and deliver organizational effectiveness and training programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to meet job requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver high-quality training programs, as well as evaluate and assess their effectiveness.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Assess current programs against baseline based on assessments, training programs, and overall program evaluation.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing engaging communications about training programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and organizational development, with a focus on strategic planning and program implementation
  • Proven track record of success in designing and delivering high-quality training programs
  • Experience in evaluating and assessing training effectiveness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives, as well as experience in leading teams and managing budgets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
