Job Title: Visual Brand Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Brand Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing cohesive visual branding concepts and creating engaging visual assets for events.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Lido Consulting team daily, shaping event branding and marketing materials, digital assets, and presentation design. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in elevating our brand through polished, sophisticated marketing collateral and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop event design concepts that effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing channels.
  • Design high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full-page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners).
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms, including websites, social media, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Update and maintain Wix websites and Cvent event websites, including regular checks to ensure links are working and content is up-to-date.
  • Redesign Wix website to elevate online presence, improve navigation, and accessibility, and bring into compliance with ADA requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience working in graphic design, preferably in-house at an events and/or financial services company.
  • Familiarity with basic design principles (color wheel, balance, contrast, readability, ADA compliance, brand guidelines & color palette) required.
  • Experience formatting materials for print (crop marks, bleed, etc.) and designing websites and landing pages highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Constant Contact, Wix, Cvent Events Platform, On24, and Canva highly preferred, with a willingness to develop expertise if not already possessed.
  • Able to work on a fixed night shift, flexible to work from home arrangements, and willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa once work-from-office resumes.
