Business Implementation Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to ensure a successful implementation of the system. To achieve this, you will be responsible for initiating projects, identifying key stakeholders and setting their expectations, designing implementation plans, managing project timelines, communicating project status, and closing all phases of implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify representatives to delegate tasks and maintain reporting structures.
  • Provide regular progress meetings to discuss project status, present updated implementation plans, review issues and customizations.
  • Explain the situational relevance and benefits of compliance with minimum requirements to clients.
  • Manage gaps between client policies and procedures, including the development of implementation approaches.
  • Respond to inquiries or clarifications regarding requirements, systems, processes, or policies.
  • Build effective working relationships among key project stakeholders, internal and external parties.
  • Share knowledge or recommend inputs on new policies, processes, and practices with the team to enhance implementation engagements.
  • Facilitate a smooth turnover of completed projects to customer support teams.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and other reports required by management in relation to onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project Management and implementing software. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in group settings.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Fast learner who can easily grasp implementing rules, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in WBS/Project Management.
