ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ERP implementation specialist to configure and deploy our Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing enterprise resource planning systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the sales team in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), focusing on functional requirements or questions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to lead discovery sessions and determine possible solutions to customer challenges.
  3. Develop business scenarios relevant to customers based on information gathered during discovery sessions.
  4. Configure D365 for various modules, including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Manufacturing.
  5. Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed solution overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and discovery session information.
  7. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  9. Lead conference room pilots (CRPs) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  10. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  11. Write 2-3 D365 SCM functional blog articles per year for the company blog.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, and master planning
  • Conversational skills in English
