Job Title: Solutions Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solutions Implementation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications, with a strong understanding of business needs and expectations. They will be responsible for working with various teams to plan, design, configure, and deliver our suite of revenue cycle technology solutions.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, and a proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server. The successful candidate will also be able to prioritize workload, work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams, and demonstrate a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to understand existing workflow processes and develop design documentation using Visio and best practice recommendations from our suite of revenue cycle technology solutions.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) for the development and QA teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our suite of revenue cycle technology solutions after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the development and QA teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post go-live.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle patients' protected health information (PHI) according to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
