BUSINESS APPLICATION SPECIALIST

As a Business Application Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with SAP Business One and Acumatica.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ERP applications for clients and provide support services to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Offer implementation consultancy and support services to clients, providing expert advice on business process improvement and system optimization.
  • Plan, manage, and project implement ERP software systems, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes using SAP Business One/Acumatica as a tool, driving business efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide accounting system support to clients and assist in pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Define, track, and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring effective project management and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and bookkeeping using computerized accounting systems.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a desire to meet with clients and define business requirements.
  • Required skills: System implementation, project management, good communication skills, accounting, enterprise resource planning.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel.
