
Senior Data Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL or similar database tools and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize complex Excel-based datasets, transitioning them to SQL or other database platforms as needed
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement
- Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making
- Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication
- Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, problem-solve efficiently, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications & Skills- Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial data management
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools
- Exposure to workflow automation and business process optimization
- Previous experience in an executive support role
