Marketing Coordinator Role

This is a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator role that supports the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business strategies.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different partners.
  • Align with the sales team on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
