Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic operations professional with a passion for e-commerce excellence to join our team.
About the Role- E-commerce Operations Leadership: Lead and streamline customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management workflows. Identify technical solutions to optimize performance and adapt to changes in the e-commerce ecosystem.
- E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, and Rebuy. Troubleshoot technical issues, create email campaigns, and analyze data to improve e-commerce presence.
- Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service using platforms like Gorgias. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize email flows.
- Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
- Team Development & Collaboration: Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness within the team.

- Proven track record of success in operations or e-commerce management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset.
- Effective communicator with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms and self-starter with strong self-leadership skills.
- Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, and Rebuy.
