Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing and operations professional to lead the day-to-day management of our e-commerce operations.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing for maximum efficiency and ROI. You will collaborate with our creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
    • Collaborate with our creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance.
  • E-commerce Operations:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
    • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
    • Implement and manage customer service processes.
    • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Expansion:
    • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to new platforms.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
