E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong technical skills in e-commerce support and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage shifting priorities, and possess a high level of adaptability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule weekly email campaigns using digital marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
- Collaborate on graphic design projects using Figma and create custom graphics in Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure product consistency across multiple variations by managing formatting and visual elements.
- Utilize project management tools like Asana to coordinate day-to-day tasks and prioritize workflow.
- Support the uploading of products onto Shopify, create product pages, and write/edit SEO-optimized descriptions.
- Work collaboratively with the team on graphic design projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters is essential.
- Strong technical skills in Shopify, including product uploads, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions.
- Previous experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while regularly reporting progress and flagging bandwidth concerns.
