Job Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in e-commerce operations. They will manage shifting priorities, communicate effectively, and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities:
  • Build weekly newsletters with engaging content
  • Use visual elements to enhance campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
  • Upload new products with multiple variants and attributes
  • Write SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products
  • Support inventory management, collection cleanup, and merchandising updates
Requirements:
  • Experience building email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Strong Shopify skills: product uploads, page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Proficiency in Canva templates and Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools
  • DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience
  • Attention to detail and strong reporting skills
