Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Bid Writing Specialist to support our team in crafting high-quality proposals that meet client needs and showcase our company's strengths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Assist in researching, drafting, and editing responses to Invitations to Tender, ensuring bid content is tailored to accurately address client needs and highlight company capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues across departments to collect information for proposals, incorporate stakeholder feedback into bid documentation, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Proofread all bid documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to client specifications, guaranteeing proposals comply with corporate branding and quality standards.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct market and client research to shape tender responses effectively, maintain a database of prior bids and responses for future use, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Project Coordination: Track and report on bid progress against set timelines, support the maintenance of a bid calendar, ensuring alignment with submission deadlines and smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bid Management Tools: Experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning, with proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
