Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Customer Success Specialist with exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills to support our Sales Team.

You will build strong relationships with the Sales Team by providing timely and accurate administrative data-driven support, allowing them to focus on sales activities.

You will work directly with clients, delivering Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.

Your responsibilities include providing timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a range of administrative, support, and coordination functions working with internal and external parties.

Additionally, you will attend meetings, record meeting notes, document key takeaways and action items, create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, and ensure all data is up-to-date, organized, and accessible.

You will develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and present in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. You must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.

About you: we are looking for a candidate with a degree in Information Technology and demonstrated experience in a Customer Success Manager position or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

This individual is a self-starter, positive 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a drive to succeed and able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
