Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, providing exceptional service and support to ensure seamless interactions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with a proven track record of working night shifts. You will be responsible for managing client requests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
  • Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of working night shifts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, compassionate, and growth-oriented individual.
