Job Title: Customer Service Champion

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and polite manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that cannot be handled directly
  • Liaise with colleagues and managers to resolve customer issues
  • Identify common problems and suggest improvements to management
  • Share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments for product and service enhancements

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have preferably 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles. Familiarity with gaming accounts is highly desirable. Fresh graduates and beginners are encouraged to apply.
