Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with experience dealing with SMEs
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive resolutions
  • Strong observational skills, enabling you to identify areas for process and product improvement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
