Job Title: Network Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Network Talent Acquisition Specialist to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and matching qualified professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our mental health service provider network in China markets (China, Hong Kong, Macau, etc)
  • Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to provide psychological support to clients
  • Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
  • Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery

 

Requirements:
  • Candidate preferably has at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required
  • Experience with recruiting in the Asian job market and database management of candidates is necessary
  • Ability to work in a remote setup and experience in a growing startup are advantageous
