International Sourcing Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful International Sourcing Specialist who thrives on connecting great talent with great opportunities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about global recruiting, skilled in proactive sourcing, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced hiring environment.

What You'll Do:

Identify and engage qualified candidates from international markets across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Support Talent Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and deliver targeted candidate shortlists.
Build and Maintain Talent Pools: Create and manage pipelines of active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs.
Champion the Candidate Experience: Initiate first contact and ensure timely communication with potential candidates, keeping the experience professional and respectful.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Use market data, sourcing tools, and research to remain current on global hiring trends and best practices.
Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain sourcing reports, candidate trackers, and recruitment databases with precision.
What You'll Need:

1–2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in an international or BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree holder.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
