Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops and executes strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage followers, amplify social media presence, capture leads, encourage referrals, and attract job applicants. This role includes recruiting top talent for diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement recruitment marketing strategies and events to support hiring plans by converting leads into applicants.
  • Communicate the employer value proposition through various channels to generate quality applicants for open positions.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations to grow brand awareness.
  • Represent the organization in recruiting activities such as job fairs, mock interviews, and career talks.
  • Establish a talent community/network for various vacancies and assist in hiring talents for different programs.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews as part of due diligence and know-your-candidate process.
  • Prepare job offer letters, facilitate credit checks, and prepare hiring documents for turnover to the Onboarding Team and payroll-related documents to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Generate insightful reports and suggest data-driven improvements to scale up team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in sourcing and selection
  • Exposure to social media, resume databases, and professional networks, with familiarity with relevant employment law
  • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, selection, onboarding, and account management
