Job Summary

This role focuses on accounts receivable and cash posting across banks and internal platforms, ensuring accurate payment allocation and receipt verification.

The position centers on centralizing AR functions and integrating high-volume acquisitions into a shared services center, with support for ongoing cash reconciliation processes.

  • Responsibilities include daily cash posting from various banks and financial institutions, as well as daily posting from multiple lock boxes.
  • Monthly or weekly cash to accounting reconciliations are also performed, along with the design of a complete reconciliation process around the lock box process.
  • Cash receipts and volume reports are generated, and customer remittance information is updated when reviewing remittance details.
  • Account reconciliations are conducted, and inquiries or discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Effective relationships with customers, billing department colleagues, and account managers are established and maintained.

Reporting to direct supervisors is done on a regular cadence, and coordination with account managers and senior management is carried out to resolve customer complaints or payment issues.

Work Setup / Schedule
  • Remote work is available, and the schedule is 9 PM – 6 AM (PH time).
Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and contract management, are required. Industry experience in IT services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and ConnectWise is necessary.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Advanced Excel skills are also necessary.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven individuals with strong organizational and time management skills are ideal candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality customer service are essential.
  • Passion for process automation and scalability is highly valued.
