Cash Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cash Specialist to join our global team. This is a critical role that requires a high level of proficiency in cash management and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash collection operations, ensuring timely payments from customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Process final notices and take appropriate action in cases of non-payment, including account closure and service termination.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documents.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in cash collecting or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
