Training Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Training Professional to design, deliver and evaluate engaging training programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective training strategies for new hires and existing team members.
- Analyze training needs and tailor materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
- Foster interactive and practical training sessions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training aligns with business goals and operational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date training resources in accordance with industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist or similar role.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Tech-savviness with ability to use online training tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
