Job Description:

The role of a Trainer is pivotal in ensuring clients effectively utilize our technology to enhance their job search success, providing real-time guidance and support through remote access assistance.

This position involves conducting personalized walkthrough sessions with clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our job search tools and platform. The Trainer will guide clients through platform features and job-seeking activities, provide clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions, and research client backgrounds and needs before sessions.

Key responsibilities include conducting daily walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools, guiding clients through platform features and job-seeking activities, providing clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions, and ensuring clients understand and can independently use tools post-session.

In this capacity, you will also prepare customized training approaches for different client scenarios, document common questions, and create solution templates. Additionally, you will master recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and internal tools, stay updated on platform features and best practices, and provide feedback for platform improvements.

Essential qualifications for this role include proven training or teaching experience (corporate setting preferred), excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools, a track record of delivering clear technical instructions, professional video presence and presentation skills, and WFH setup requirements.
