
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by successfully integrating TrustArc products and services into clients' businesses.
You will support small to enterprise-level clients, developing strong relationships that lead to retention and growth of the business. This position requires attention to detail, experience managing complex client relationships, data analysis skills, organizational abilities, troubleshooting expertise, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of web architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical client services to high-touch clients
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions and recommendations
- Present and facilitate meetings with clients regarding the TrustArc product suite
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of TrustArc technology products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests
- Effectively communicate with clients through written and verbal means
- Point of contact for clients, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on TrustArc products
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new products
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized documentation and meeting deadlines
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer adoption of TrustArc products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, Account Management, or a Technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers such as Firebug
- Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Excellent customer relationship skills, including assessing client needs and interacting with various levels of management
