Client Solutions Expert

As a skilled Client Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for the successful integration of our products and developing strong relationships with clients to lead to retention and growth of the business. You will identify areas for improvement and strive to improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and tactical services to complex clients
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions and recommendations
  • Present large group meetings for clients regarding our product suite
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products
  • Work with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests
  • Demonstrated successes in client communication from prior work experiences
  • Strong communication skills for 1:1 interactions and large group meetings for different audiences
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to learn products quickly
  • Identify opportunities to help expand customer adoption of our products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, Account Management, or a Technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers
  • Understanding of technical documentation including product specs and API integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales
