About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage client portfolios to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in branch banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of account profitability analysis (APA) and ability to communicate complex financial information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • In-depth knowledge of bank products and services, including digital platforms.
