The role of a Customer Account Specialist plays a pivotal part in fostering strong customer relationships and driving business growth. This individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster client relationships by providing timely value propositions that propel growth and strengthen business ties.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate Salesforce account information to support seamless case management.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed about request progress in a clear and professional manner.
  • Deliver reports and meet service level agreements while updating relevant case information within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on leads to contribute to revenue generation and growth.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and relationship stability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the organization's footprint within existing accounts by proposing additional products and services.
  • Partner with leadership to identify product gaps and enhancements that meet customer needs effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in call center or related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity software, CRM systems, and other call center technologies is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in case management or customer service roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Experience in sales support or account management is advantageous.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • High proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
