Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive in solving problems.

The representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, while also working with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Work in US business hours.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience and comfort level.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
