Job Description:

The position of Outbound Sales Development Representative is crucial in creating and developing new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive phone presence.


As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward. Your primary responsibility is reaching out to potential customers and initiating conversations to identify their needs, qualify their interests, and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
  • Research and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
  • Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients

Requirements:
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive phone presence
